Job Duties

  • Oversee operations for both Fins Bar and Chill and the Chill Bar
  • manage Chill Bar’s greeter, bartender, wait staff, and oversee guest satisfaction in cabanas
  • welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
  • maintain dining room, Chill Bar and Fins Bar and Chill areas according to health department standards
  • provide ongoing training to all employees
  • assist staff as needed and fill shifts if necessary
  • responsible for upholding the standard operating procedures as set by Margaritaville Corporate to maintain consistency and brand management
  • assist with monthly inventory
