Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage operations
  • Availability to work mornings, holidays, and weekends
  • Knowledge of food and health safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and mentor staff
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel environments preferred

  • Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they meet our high standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory, control stock, and minimize waste
  • Organize special events and promotional activities to enhance guest experiences
