Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Willingness to perform varied tasks as requested by supervisors
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
- Knowledge of safety procedures and standards in hospitality
- Familiarity with inventory management and FIFO methods

Job Duties
- Ensure staff work as a team to provide optimal service and meet guest needs
- Inspect personal cleanliness and staff attire and correct deficiencies
- Perform opening and closing duties including organizing supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing premises
- Inspect storage areas for organization, cleanliness, and correct use of FIFO method
- Complete scheduled inventories and replenish or order necessary supplies
- Monitor seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being in dining areas
- Create work orders for maintenance repairs
- Assist management in hiring, training, organizing, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
- Serve as an example and primary contact for Fair Treatment Guarantee and Open Door Policy
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, report maintenance problems and safety hazards, and complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
- Protect company information and assets
- Support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- Use clear and professional language when communicating with guests and employees
- Perform reasonable work tasks requested by supervisors
- Physically move, lift, push, or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods during shifts
- Reach overhead, bend, twist, and navigate confined spaces
- Greet and recognize all guests per company standards
- Answer phone calls using appropriate etiquette
- Listen and respond appropriately to coworkers' concerns
