Job Requirements

  • minimum age 18 plus
  • at least one year of previous leadership experience
  • at least one year of food and beverage experience
  • familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • strong knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
  • excellent communication and listening skills
  • proficiency in computer software programs and english
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • certifications servsafe tips or servsafe alcohol and allergen certification within 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • ensure execution of all food and beverage service programs including ordering planning product handling and display
  • maintain cost of goods sold cogs waste and misuse by following set systems and procedures
  • implement service efficiencies including first in first out fifo cooking oil maintenance and cleanliness
  • support the food and beverage manager in inventory management ordering supplies and maintaining equipment and facilities
  • execute training coaching and performance management of food and beverage team members
  • assist with recruiting hiring onboarding and engaging team members to ensure a high performing workforce
  • provide clear direction and support to ensure adherence to company best practices and safety protocols
  • ensure compliance with local board of health guidelines and cleanliness standards
  • utilize company software for ordering inventory management timekeeping and operational logs
  • ensure daily weekly and monthly checklists are utilized and completed
  • monitor operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
