Job Requirements
- minimum age 18 plus
- at least one year of previous leadership experience
- at least one year of food and beverage experience
- familiarity with kitchen equipment
- strong knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- excellent communication and listening skills
- proficiency in computer software programs and english
- high school diploma or equivalent
- certifications servsafe tips or servsafe alcohol and allergen certification within 30 days of hire

Job Duties
- ensure execution of all food and beverage service programs including ordering planning product handling and display
- maintain cost of goods sold cogs waste and misuse by following set systems and procedures
- implement service efficiencies including first in first out fifo cooking oil maintenance and cleanliness
- support the food and beverage manager in inventory management ordering supplies and maintaining equipment and facilities
- execute training coaching and performance management of food and beverage team members
- assist with recruiting hiring onboarding and engaging team members to ensure a high performing workforce
- provide clear direction and support to ensure adherence to company best practices and safety protocols
- ensure compliance with local board of health guidelines and cleanliness standards
- utilize company software for ordering inventory management timekeeping and operational logs
- ensure daily weekly and monthly checklists are utilized and completed
- monitor operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
