Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or related roles
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Proficiency in Micros point-of-sale system
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working at a restaurant in a luxury hotel and or full service resort
- Knowledge of Micros
- Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Supervise and develop the performance of employees' bar performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to hotel/restaurant's policies and procedures and to insure the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction in a cost-efficient manner
- Supervise programs that promote a positive work environment for all employees
- Answer inquiries pertaining to property policies and services
- Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift
- Ensure all policies and procedures are fully implemented in the restaurant including safety, emergency guidelines, etc.
- Function as a liaison between guest and restaurant/bar while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and appearance to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards
- Inspect food and food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
- Maintain credit policies in the restaurant/bar
- Perform all other duties as directed by immediate managers
- Provide assistance to staff members as necessary
