Job Requirements
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Gaming license
- Internal candidates must have been in current position for at least six months with no active disciplinary action
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled
- Must be able to obtain required work cards and non-gaming registrations as required

Job Duties
- Support the Food and Beverage management team in all aspects of food and beverage quality, cost control, and completing inventories
- Respond to inquiries regarding the department in the absence of management
- Monitor and ensure operating procedures are consistently met
- Communicate effectively with front and back of house management and staff
- Oversee service flow on the gaming floor, property bars, restaurants, and special events
- Provide day-to-day leadership to hourly food and beverage staff
- Ensure adherence to recipes, measurements, and preparation standards
- Maintain coverage in food and beverage outlets based on business demands
- Assist with hiring, training, evaluation, and counseling of team members
- Inspect serving areas for safe and sanitary handling practices
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage products and ensure proper product rotation
- Research and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
- Ensure all team members use correct cleaning and sanitizing products
- Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts to ensure adequate coverage
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with managers, staff, guests, and vendors
- Ensure work activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely
- Maintain compliance with legal and company regulations
- Keep a friendly and calm demeanor in high-stress, fast-paced environments
