Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage supervisory role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Detail oriented
  • Knowledge of food and beverage including wine, spirits and beer
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations including wine, spirits and beer
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in general computer applications
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Support and manage the lobby restaurant, lounge and market while working closely with Food & Beverage Managers and other hotel departments
  • May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
  • Maintain a high energy, positive, professional appearance
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring excellent guest service
  • Coordinate with staff to meet service standards and operational needs
  • Handle inventory management and supply orders efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized and compliant work environment
