Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervisory role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with computers
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of food and beverage including wine, spirits and beer
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications

- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations including wine, spirits and beer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in general computer applications
- Detail oriented and organized

Job Duties
- Support and manage the lobby restaurant, lounge and market while working closely with Food & Beverage Managers and other hotel departments
- May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
- Maintain a high energy, positive, professional appearance
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring excellent guest service
- Coordinate with staff to meet service standards and operational needs
- Handle inventory management and supply orders efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized and compliant work environment
