Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in hospitality or food and beverage service
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- knowledge of sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- physical ability to perform duties requiring standing, bending, lifting and stooping
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to upholding company standards and values
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months' experience in hospitality or a related service industry preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to supervise and train team members
- excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage inventory and scheduling
- capability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment
Job Duties
- Supervise daily food outlet operations to ensure the successful execution of all standards and completion of daily tasks and assignments
- greet customers with a smile and pleasant demeanor
- ensure that all personnel and systems function efficiently so that guests' expectations are surpassed
- assist in the onboarding and training of team members
- promote excellent guest service and handle guest concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- ensure that outlets are sanitized, cleaned, stocked and set up correctly at the start of and throughout the shift while adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- provide coaching, encouragement and recognition to team members regularly
