Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • relevant experience in hospitality or food and beverage service
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • knowledge of sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
  • physical ability to perform duties requiring standing, bending, lifting and stooping
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to upholding company standards and values

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum six months' experience in hospitality or a related service industry preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to supervise and train team members
  • excellent customer service skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage inventory and scheduling
  • capability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily food outlet operations to ensure the successful execution of all standards and completion of daily tasks and assignments
  • greet customers with a smile and pleasant demeanor
  • ensure that all personnel and systems function efficiently so that guests' expectations are surpassed
  • assist in the onboarding and training of team members
  • promote excellent guest service and handle guest concerns in a prompt and professional manner
  • ensure that outlets are sanitized, cleaned, stocked and set up correctly at the start of and throughout the shift while adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
  • provide coaching, encouragement and recognition to team members regularly
