Job Requirements
- A self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service
- Strong team player with collaboration skills
- Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility such as a restaurant or leisure facility
- Ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Basic food hygiene certification
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage or hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience managing large operational service delivery facilities such as restaurants or leisure centres
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service
- Basic IT skills for management and reporting
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the food and beverage service in indoor and outdoor settings
- Manage and motivate a team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service
- Plan and coordinate special events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory and stock control
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly
- Support training and development of team members
