Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • 1-2 years experience in an F&B related role preferred
  • Good understanding of the English language and solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willingness to obtain appropriate certificates/licenses to meet compliance standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Prefer 1-2 years experience in an F&B related role
  • Micros and Delphi knowledge is useful, but not required
  • Must have a good understanding of the English language and solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Have or be willing to obtain any appropriate certificates/licenses to meet all compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned F&B areas
  • Work to understand the knowledge of state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving
  • Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness
  • Support the Manager, assist in ensuring staff has reported to work
  • document any late or absent employees
  • Coordinate breaks for assigned staff
  • Inspect table/set-ups, check for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with guest's order and departmental standards
  • Ensure that all orders are delivered within designated timelines
  • Assist in taking guests' orders, following specified procedures, as necessary to ensure department standards
  • Document pertinent information in the department logbook
  • Complete all paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmental standards
  • Review status of assignments and any follow-up action with the Manager and/or on-coming Supervisor
