Job Duties

  • Assist the F&B management team to create a smooth-running operation and provide an excellent service
  • support with initiative and commitment to the overall objectives of the business in terms of revenue, costs and teamwork
  • take ownership of the guest journey to ensure a unique Freehand experience
  • respond quickly and efficiently to all customer requests and enquiries
  • demonstrate in depth knowledge of food and beverage menu
  • ensure health and safety, fire safety, and food hygiene compliance
  • develop and train all employees in your charge
  • communicate effectively to motivate the team
  • manage inventory for bar-related topics
  • craft cocktails and support new bar programs and menu initiatives
