Job Requirements

  • Must possess identification proving authorization to work in the United States
  • No sponsorship of work visas provided
  • Full availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum two years of relevant food and beverage operations experience
  • Ability to lead and supervise staff effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of food and beverage operations experience required with lead experience preferred
  • A genuine desire to serve others in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
  • Fundamentals of food and beverage knowledge
  • Availability for AM and PM shifts typically from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required in a hotel environment
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office systems including Outlook email, Excel, and Word
  • General knowledge of POS systems

Job Duties

  • Ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and consistent service across all dining venues
  • Greet guests and team members with a positive, genuine attitude
  • Lead by example on the floor, modeling professionalism and hospitality
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and gracefully
  • Maintain a visible presence during service to support both guests and staff
  • Oversee daily activities of servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
  • Train new team members on service standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies
