Job Requirements
- 1 year experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry required
- Knowledge of beverage operations and wines
- Strong mathematical abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
- Ability to use a computer
- 1 year experience in customer service
- Food Handlers certificate preferred

Job Duties
- Assists the F&B Manager with the management, direction and organization of restaurant operations to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Trains, supervises, coaches all restaurant team members
- Assigns work assignments to all restaurant team members
- Responsible for ensuring that restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and team members
- Completes inventory of beverage
- Assists with tip distribution and payroll items
- Manages and monitors product quality and guest satisfaction in the restaurant and all other food and beverage outlets
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures that related to the restaurant as well as any state, local or federal law regulations
- Attend departmental and hotel meetings
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned
