Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Detail orientation
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and products

Job Duties
- Support and manage the lobby restaurant, lounge and market while coordinating with food and beverage managers and other hotel departments
- Order and maintain par levels promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a high energy, positive, and professional appearance
- Anticipate and understand the needs of guests and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure excellent communication with team members through refined verbal and written skills
- Monitor daily operations to maintain high standards of service and quality
- Assist in training and supervising food and beverage staff
