Job Requirements
- At least 1 years of supervisory experience in a retail food establishment
- Valid Indiana Server Liquor License
- Certificate of completion of Indiana Excise training courses
- Serve-safe certified
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and walk 30,000+ steps
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds
- Ability to operate office equipment including computers
- Willingness to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow local health department codes
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 years of supervisory experience in a retail food establishment
- Must possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License and certificate of completion of Indiana Excise training courses
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility
- Results oriented individual with the ability to meet required budgetary goals
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and inter-personal skills
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- Computer skills to include Excel programs
- Must adhere to local Health Department codes
Job Duties
- Ordering, receiving and preparing food items
- Maintaining food costs and budget goals
- Ensures all locations are fully stocked prior to every event
- Attend in-house event-related meetings and relays immediate changes with other departments
- Ensures all requisitions to the Warehouse and Kitchen are received in a timely manner, in accordance with Company policy
- Coordinates with Kitchen on the timing and production of food preparation
- Must possess effective communications skills to liaise between Kitchen and Warehouse Teams
