Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- 1-2 years experience in food and beverage role preferred
- good understanding of english language
- solid verbal and written communication skills
- minimum age of 21 to serve alcoholic beverages
- willingness to obtain necessary certificates or licenses for compliance
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- professional demeanor

- have or be willing to obtain any appropriate certificates/licenses to meet all compliance standards
Job Duties
- monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned f&b areas
- work to understand the knowledge of state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving
- check storage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness
- support the manager, assist in ensuring staff has reported to work
- document any late or absent employees
- coordinate breaks for assigned staff
- inspect table/set-ups, check for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with guest's order and departmental standards
- ensure that all orders are delivered within designated timelines
- assist in taking guests' orders, following specified procedures, as necessary to ensure department standards
- document pertinent information in the department logbook
- complete all paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmental standards
- review status of assignments and any follow-up action with the manager and/or on-coming supervisor
