Job Duties
- Assist the F&B management team to create a smooth-running operation and provide an excellent service
- Support with initiative and commitment to the overall objectives of the business in terms of revenue, costs and teamwork
- Take ownership of the guest journey to ensure that we create a truly unique Freehand experience
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all customer requests and enquiries, ensuring a can do attitude at all times
- Demonstrate in depth knowledge of both the food and beverage menu
- Know all statutory legislation and ensure H&S, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene compliance
- Develop and train all employees within your charge to perform to the required standard
- Communicate effectively so that the team understands goals and is motivated to achieve them
- Experience in inventory management for all bar related topics
- Experience in cocktail crafting methods to take on new bar programs and new cocktail menu initiatives
