Job Requirements

  • one to two years of increasingly responsible food and beverage experience in a hotel environment
  • prior supervisory experience desired
  • ability to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • ability to lead, mentor, and train staff
  • capability to monitor labor and meet labor cost objectives
  • ability to serve guests face-to-face verbally
  • positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • knowledge of food and beverage menus and etiquette
  • ability to learn and use POS and telephone systems

Job Qualifications

  • one to two years of food and beverage experience in a hotel environment
  • prior supervisory experience desired
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • knowledge of hotel service standards and guest relations
  • able to use telephone and point of sale computer systems
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • positive attitude and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • assist with planning the serving staff operations
  • organize and direct the food and beverage teams
  • provide exceptional food service to guests
  • supervise subordinate lead personnel
  • conduct interviews and training for team members
  • monitor day-to-day restaurant operations
  • ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations
