Job Requirements
- one to two years of increasingly responsible food and beverage experience in a hotel environment
- prior supervisory experience desired
- ability to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to lead, mentor, and train staff
- capability to monitor labor and meet labor cost objectives
- ability to serve guests face-to-face verbally
- positive attitude and professional demeanor
- knowledge of food and beverage menus and etiquette
- ability to learn and use POS and telephone systems
Job Qualifications
- one to two years of food and beverage experience in a hotel environment
- prior supervisory experience desired
- strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- knowledge of hotel service standards and guest relations
