Job Requirements

  • One to two years of food and beverage experience
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to lead and mentor staff
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage regulations
  • Ability to handle guest interactions effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage service in a hotel environment
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use telephone and POS computer systems
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Assist with the planning, organization, and direction of the serving staff
  • Supervise food and beverage teams in multiple areas
  • Provide exceptional food service to guests
  • Interview and train team members
  • Plan, assign, and direct work schedules
  • Monitor day-to-day restaurant operations for quality and service standards
  • Utilize computer programs to analyze forecasts, costs, and revenues
