Job Requirements
- One to two years of food and beverage experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to lead and mentor staff
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage regulations
- Ability to handle guest interactions effectively
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage service in a hotel environment
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use telephone and POS computer systems

Job Duties
- Assist with the planning, organization, and direction of the serving staff
- Supervise food and beverage teams in multiple areas
- Provide exceptional food service to guests
- Interview and train team members
- Plan, assign, and direct work schedules
- Monitor day-to-day restaurant operations for quality and service standards
- Utilize computer programs to analyze forecasts, costs, and revenues
