Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory experience in food & beverage
  • certifications such as Food Handler Certification and TABC
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • ability to carry trays, move chairs/tables, and lift up to 30 lbs
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • excellent knowledge of service standards, fine dining etiquette, and luxury hospitality practices
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
  • proficiency with POS systems and basic knowledge of inventory/cost control
  • flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • food handler certification
  • TABC certification

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Food & Beverage team to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • maintain luxury service standards across all outlets, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded
  • train, coach, and support associates in service techniques, menu knowledge, and guest engagement
  • assist in scheduling, monitoring attendance, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
  • oversee opening and closing procedures for outlets, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel policies
  • monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control, addressing concerns promptly
  • handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
