Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in food & beverage
- certifications such as Food Handler Certification and TABC
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- ability to carry trays, move chairs/tables, and lift up to 30 lbs
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- excellent knowledge of service standards, fine dining etiquette, and luxury hospitality practices
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
- proficiency with POS systems and basic knowledge of inventory/cost control
- flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- food handler certification
- TABC certification
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Food & Beverage team to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- maintain luxury service standards across all outlets, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded
- train, coach, and support associates in service techniques, menu knowledge, and guest engagement
- assist in scheduling, monitoring attendance, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
- oversee opening and closing procedures for outlets, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel policies
- monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control, addressing concerns promptly
- handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
