Job Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of previous leadership experience
- At least one year of food and beverage experience
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Strong knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Proficiency in computer software programs and English
- Certifications: ServSafe, TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol, and Allergen Certification (within 30 days of hire)

Job Duties
- Ensure execution of all food and beverage service programs including ordering, planning, product handling, and display
- Maintain cost of goods sold (COGS), waste, and misuse by following set systems and procedures
- Implement service efficiencies including FIFO (First In, First Out), cooking oil maintenance, and cleanliness
- Support the F&B Manager in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment and facilities
- Execute training, coaching, and performance management of food and beverage team members
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and engaging team members to ensure a high-performing workforce
- Provide clear direction and support to ensure adherence to company best practices and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with local Board of Health guidelines and cleanliness standards
- Utilize company software for ordering, inventory management, timekeeping, and operational logs
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly checklists are utilized and completed
- Monitor operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
