Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum 1 year experience in the same or similar position preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses as required by local gaming regulations
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work in a noisy environment with exposure to bright lights
- strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and preparation
- basic computer skills
- bilingual skills considered a plus
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide excellent internal and external guest service
- monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, and all federal, state and local liquor, health, and safety regulations
- monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures
- monitor staffing levels of all Food and Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs
- assist the Food & Beverage Manager in establishing budget goals and monitoring financial aspects of the Food and Beverage department
- handle personnel-related matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling
- establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each food and beverage outlet
- represent the Food and Beverage department in labor matters and employee-related hearings
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
