Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality supervision preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and dining area operations
- Commitment to company core values and guest service excellence
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
Job Duties
- Inspects storage areas for organization, use of first in first out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies
- Completes inventories (e.g., opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor, checks the stock, and requisitions necessary supplies
- Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
- Ensures associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job
- Collaborates with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions
- Assists in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction
