Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage operations
- Experience in bar management and beverage preparation
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to work PM shifts and weekends as needed

- Ability to oversee food and beverage set-up and strike as well as bar areas

Job Duties
- Supervise any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel
- Oversee food and beverage setup and strike operations
- Manage bar areas including beverage preparation and inventory
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Foster teamwork and positive working relationships among staff
- Manage daily operations using Microsoft Office and other tools
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
