Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations
  • Experience in bar management and beverage preparation
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Availability to work PM shifts and weekends as needed

  • Previous background in food and beverage with bar management and beverage preparation skills
  • Ability to oversee food and beverage set-up and strike as well as bar areas
  • Strong multitasking skills with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Guest-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills and business acumen
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office to support daily operations
  • Collaborative spirit and leadership abilities to inspire colleagues

Job Duties

  • Supervise any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel
  • Oversee food and beverage setup and strike operations
  • Manage bar areas including beverage preparation and inventory
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Foster teamwork and positive working relationships among staff
  • Manage daily operations using Microsoft Office and other tools
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
