Job Requirements
- associate degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
- proven experience 3+ years in the food and beverage industry with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- knowledge of service standards, food safety, and hygiene practice
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- basic understanding of financial aspects such as cash handling and basic accounting
- food safety certification (e.g. ServSafe)

Job Duties
- coach and train staff
- coordinate scheduling and shift changes
- oversee training and performance management
- perform opening and closing manager on duty duties including register management and daily deposits
- assign duties to employees to ensure smooth food and beverage operations
- engage with customers to address concerns and gather feedback
- communicate with management and collaborate with other supervisors for smooth shift transitions
