Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant supervision or management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team player

Job Duties
- Monitor restaurant associates in their daily work tasks
- Assist staff as required
- Supervise guest service in the restaurant and bar, assuring brand standards are upheld
- Establish and re-inforce side work by restaurant staff to confirm completion
- Communicate daily all special groups and/or tastings to be held in the restaurant
- Set up and confirm daily the floor plan and coverage for the day with staff
- Provide approved training for all new hires in the restaurant and/or bar
- Assist with and/or provide menu classes and/or taste panels with the staff
- Enforce safe and accurate cash and card handling by staff
