Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • proven experience of 3+ years in the food and beverage industry with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
  • knowledge of service standards, food safety, and hygiene practices
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic understanding of financial aspects including cash handling and basic accounting
  • food safety certification such as ServSafe

  • Coaching and training staff
  • coordinating scheduling and shift changes
  • overseeing training and performance management
  • managing opening and closing MOD duties including register operations and deposits
  • assigning duties to employees
  • engaging with customers to address concerns and gather feedback
  • collaborating with other supervisors for smooth shift transitions
