Job Requirements
- Associate degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
- proven experience of 3+ years in the food and beverage industry with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- knowledge of service standards, food safety, and hygiene practices
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic understanding of financial aspects including cash handling and basic accounting
- food safety certification such as ServSafe
