Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED
  • Open availability, especially nights and weekends preferred
  • Staff handling and serving alcohol must be at least 21
  • Ability to work in a loud, busy bowling center and arcade environment
  • Capable of bending, stretching, twisting, climbing, and high mobility in small spaces
  • Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods without breaks
  • Ability to use hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms
  • Capable of lifting/moving up to 100 lbs with assistance

Job Duties

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure quality
  • Test cooked food for palatability and flavor conformity
  • Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity
  • Monitor department budgets and payroll records, reviewing financial transactions for authorized expenditures
  • Schedule staff hours and assign duties
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Ensure full knowledge and compliance with alcohol serving processes
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising personnel
  • Provide two-way communication fostering motivation and teamwork
  • Complete reviews and absence reports, supervise staff attendance and work ethics
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Report on sales results and productivity
  • Conduct alcohol and age restriction control per company policies
  • Interact with customers courteously and professionally
  • Provide superior customer service by being visible and accessible
  • Perform all shift duties as required by the Store General Manager
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Store General Manager
