Job Requirements

  • Must have open availability
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language
  • Ability to assist with all functions of F&B department to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ability to assist with various accounting and office tasks as needed
  • Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures
  • Attend required meetings

Job Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors
  • Ability to assist with design and preparation of statistical reports and presentations
  • Ability to accurately report information
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Experience in hospitality supervision or management
  • Proficiency in office and accounting software

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations and personnel
  • Schedule employees based on business volumes
  • Assist with restaurant operations as needed
  • Maintain standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service
  • Establish and maintain a proactive human resources function including associate motivation, training, coaching, and development
  • Manage compliance with labor, wage, hour, and StepStone-related regulations and policies
  • Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner
