Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year experience in bar or restaurant environment
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ServSafe Allergen certification
  • Alcohol training certification

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Alcohol training certificate

Job Duties

  • Train and supervise all suite attendants and barbacks
  • Assist Food and Beverage areas including concessions and banquets
  • Communicate with suite customers to ensure needs are met
  • Prepare tasks for function rooms and arena bar settings
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of suite and bar equipment
  • Participate in monthly food and beverage reporting and inventory
  • Maintain Health Department score of 90 or higher
