Job Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and consistent service across all dining venues
  • greet guests and team members with a positive, genuine attitude
  • lead by example on the floor, modeling professionalism and hospitality
  • anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and gracefully
  • maintain a visible presence during service to support both guests and staff
  • oversee daily activities of servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
  • train new team members on service standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies
  • provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maintain high performance and morale
  • assist with scheduling, shift planning, and labor-cost management
  • monitor floor operations for cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand standards
  • coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • ensure compliance with local health regulations and internal policies
  • conduct regular inspections of dining areas, equipment, furniture and service stations
  • assist with inventory control, order sheets, counting, and stock rotation
  • support the Food & Beverage Manager with daily reports, cash handling, and cost-control initiatives
  • help implement promotions, special events, and upselling strategies to drive revenue
  • oversee Food & Beverage operations during special events, ensuring seamless service and proper staffing
  • work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, culinary team, and other hotel departments
  • participate in pre-shift briefings and weekly department meetings
  • hold associates accountable for performance and adherence to standards
