Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous food and beverage experience
  • ability to work primarily evening shifts and weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • basic computer literacy
  • physical capability to perform related tasks
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • supervise food and beverage areas within the hotel
  • manage bar operations and beverage preparation
  • oversee setup and strike of food and beverage outlets
  • ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction
  • maintain quality control and operational efficiency
  • support daily operations using Microsoft Office
  • foster teamwork and positive working relationships
