Job Requirements

  • Passion for service and the food and beverage industry
  • Previous experience in food and beverage, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications
  • Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights and weekends on a full-time basis
  • Ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions
  • Familiarity with POS systems and voucher tracking processes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise FOH staff
  • to include pre-shift meetings and train new employees
  • serve as primary point of contact for guest concerns and ensure dining areas are clean and organized
  • manage daily FOH operations, coordinate with kitchen staff and assist with seating arrangements during peak business
  • track and verify voucher submissions and ensure accurate documentation
  • maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
