Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous food and beverage supervisory experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with general computer knowledge
  • Detail oriented
  • Knowledge of food and beverage including wines, spirits and beer

Job Duties

  • Supports and manages the lobby restaurant, lounge and market while working closely with the Food & Beverage Managers and other hotel departments
  • May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
  • Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
  • Oversees daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Coordinates staffing schedules and monitors team performance
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Trains and mentors food and beverage staff to uphold Hyatt service standards
