Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food and beverage supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with general computer knowledge
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of food and beverage including wines, spirits and beer

Job Duties
- Supports and manages the lobby restaurant, lounge and market while working closely with the Food & Beverage Managers and other hotel departments
- May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
- Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
- Oversees daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service
- Coordinates staffing schedules and monitors team performance
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
- Trains and mentors food and beverage staff to uphold Hyatt service standards
