Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food and beverage supervisory role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and attitude
  • Must be able to handle stressful situations calmly

Job Duties

  • Supports and manages the Lobby Restaurant, Lounge and Market while working closely with Food and Beverage managers and other hotel departments
  • May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
  • Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
  • Coordinates daily operations of food and beverage outlets
  • Leads frontline staff to deliver excellent guest service
  • Handles guest concerns and resolves service issues promptly
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
