Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or related hospitality roles
  • Availability to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons and evenings
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food and beverage supervisory roles preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service standards
  • Leadership ability to support and motivate team members
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Support all food and beverage colleagues to provide exceptional service to guests
  • Act as Manager on Duty for outlets during morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
  • Facilitate effective communication across all departments regarding food and beverage operations
  • Assist and delight guests to ensure positive experiences
  • Collaborate closely with operations leadership including Director of Operations, Assistant Director of Operations, Restaurant Manager, Beverage Manager, Director of Purchasing, and Culinary leadership
  • Monitor service quality and compliance with Hyatt standards
  • Handle any immediate operational issues during shifts
