Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or related hospitality roles
- Availability to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons and evenings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in food and beverage supervisory roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service standards
- Leadership ability to support and motivate team members
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Support all food and beverage colleagues to provide exceptional service to guests
- Act as Manager on Duty for outlets during morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Facilitate effective communication across all departments regarding food and beverage operations
- Assist and delight guests to ensure positive experiences
- Collaborate closely with operations leadership including Director of Operations, Assistant Director of Operations, Restaurant Manager, Beverage Manager, Director of Purchasing, and Culinary leadership
- Monitor service quality and compliance with Hyatt standards
- Handle any immediate operational issues during shifts
