Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Current food handler's card
- RBS training
- Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to obtain necessary food and alcohol certifications
- Team-oriented mindset
- Demonstrates initiative and strong follow-through

Job Duties
- Provide coaching, training, and daily leadership to food and beverage team members through ENRICH values
- Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed consistently
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all assigned outlets
- Uphold service standards, merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation expectations
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of beverages and food items according to recipes and quality standards as applicable
- Ensure guests are served quickly, courteously, and efficiently
- Train team members on menus, products, and service knowledge to confidently engage with guests
- Proactively anticipate operational needs, resolve issues, and maintain smooth service flow
- Support cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of all food and beverage spaces
- Maintain clear, professional communication with service and management teams
- Assist guests with menu questions and provide recommendations
- Act as a guide to the guest experience within food and beverage venues
- Ensure all items are properly stocked and inventory levels are maintained
