Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses as required by local gaming regulations
- must be detail-oriented and organized
- ability to work under pressure maintaining composure and cleanliness
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to comply with all federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations
- exposure to bright lights and noise in a casino environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year experience in the same or similar position preferred
- bilingual a plus
- thorough knowledge of service standards, food and beverage products, preparations, and presentation
- computer experience
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Job Duties
- Excellent internal/external guest service
- monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, and all federal, state and local liquor, health, and safety regulations
- monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures
- monitor staffing levels of all Food and Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs
- assist the F&B Manager in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Food and Beverage department
- responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and training
- establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each food and beverage outlet
- represent the Food and Beverage department in labor matters, unemployment hearings, and other internal/external employee related hearings as needed
- other reasonable duties as assigned
