Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in a similar role preferred
  • ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses as required by local gaming regulations
  • must be detail-oriented and organized
  • ability to work under pressure maintaining composure and cleanliness
  • must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to comply with all federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations
  • exposure to bright lights and noise in a casino environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 year experience in the same or similar position preferred
  • bilingual a plus
  • thorough knowledge of service standards, food and beverage products, preparations, and presentation
  • computer experience
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Excellent internal/external guest service
  • monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, and all federal, state and local liquor, health, and safety regulations
  • monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures
  • monitor staffing levels of all Food and Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs
  • assist the F&B Manager in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Food and Beverage department
  • responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and training
  • establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each food and beverage outlet
  • represent the Food and Beverage department in labor matters, unemployment hearings, and other internal/external employee related hearings as needed
  • other reasonable duties as assigned
