Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of food and beverage experience
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and team coordination skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s)
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets are met
- Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods
- Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
