  • Oregon Food Handler Card and OLCC Permit required
  • previous food and beverage experience preferred
  • ability to work AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • support all food and beverage colleagues to provide exceptional service to guests
  • act as the Manager on Duty for the outlets during morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
  • facilitate effective communication across departments regarding food and beverage happenings
  • assist and delight guests
  • work closely with operations leadership including Director of Operations, Assistant Director of Operations, Restaurant Manager, Beverage Manager, Director of Purchasing, and Culinary leadership
