Job Duties
- support all food and beverage colleagues to provide exceptional service to guests
- act as the Manager on Duty for the outlets during morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- facilitate effective communication across departments regarding food and beverage happenings
- assist and delight guests
- work closely with operations leadership including Director of Operations, Assistant Director of Operations, Restaurant Manager, Beverage Manager, Director of Purchasing, and Culinary leadership
