Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- high school diploma or GED
- open availability including nights and weekends
- ability to handle and serve alcohol legally
- experience in a related food and beverage role preferred
- strong physical mobility and ability to lift up to 100lbs with assistance
- capability to work in a noisy and active environment
- willingness to relocate to Reno, NV if needed
- ability to perform all physical duties related to the job

Job Duties
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food
- test cooked food for palatability and flavor conformity
- schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity
- monitor department budgets and payroll records and review financial transactions
- schedule staff hours and assign duties
- investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- maintain full knowledge of serving alcohol process
- preserve excellent internal and external customer service levels
- lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising personnel
- provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment emphasizing motivation and teamwork
- complete staff reviews, absence reports, and supervise time and attendance
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- conduct alcohol and age restriction control according to company policies
- interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- provide superior customer service and satisfaction by being visible and accessible
- perform all shift duties as required by Store General Manager
- perform additional duties as directed by Store General Manager
