Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • high school diploma or GED
  • open availability including nights and weekends
  • ability to handle and serve alcohol legally
  • experience in a related food and beverage role preferred
  • strong physical mobility and ability to lift up to 100lbs with assistance
  • capability to work in a noisy and active environment
  • willingness to relocate to Reno, NV if needed
  • ability to perform all physical duties related to the job

Job Duties

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food
  • test cooked food for palatability and flavor conformity
  • schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity
  • monitor department budgets and payroll records and review financial transactions
  • schedule staff hours and assign duties
  • investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • maintain full knowledge of serving alcohol process
  • preserve excellent internal and external customer service levels
  • lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising personnel
  • provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment emphasizing motivation and teamwork
  • complete staff reviews, absence reports, and supervise time and attendance
  • comply with all health and safety regulations
  • report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  • conduct alcohol and age restriction control according to company policies
  • interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • provide superior customer service and satisfaction by being visible and accessible
  • perform all shift duties as required by Store General Manager
  • perform additional duties as directed by Store General Manager
