Job Requirements
- passion for service and the food and beverage industry
- previous experience in food and beverage, preferably in a supervisory role
- ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications
- strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
- reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights, and weekends on a full-time basis
- ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions
- familiarity with POS systems and voucher tracking processes

Job Duties
- supervise FOH staff, to include pre-shift meetings and train new employees
- serve as primary point of contact for guest concerns and ensure dining areas are clean and organized
- manage daily FOH operations, coordinate with kitchen staff and assist with seating arrangements during peak business
- track and verify voucher submissions and ensure accurate documentation
- maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
