Job Requirements

  • passion for service and the food and beverage industry
  • previous experience in food and beverage, preferably in a supervisory role
  • ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications
  • strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
  • reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights, and weekends on a full-time basis
  • ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions
  • familiarity with POS systems and voucher tracking processes

Job Duties

  • supervise FOH staff, to include pre-shift meetings and train new employees
  • serve as primary point of contact for guest concerns and ensure dining areas are clean and organized
  • manage daily FOH operations, coordinate with kitchen staff and assist with seating arrangements during peak business
  • track and verify voucher submissions and ensure accurate documentation
  • maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
