Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a similar position preferred
- Knowledge of service standards, food and beverage products, preparations, and presentation
- Computer experience
- Ability to work in a casino environment with exposure to bright lights and noise
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient operation of all beverage outlets in compliance with company standards and regulations
- Handle personnel-related matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and training
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in establishing budget goals and monitoring financial performance
- Monitor staffing levels in all Food and Beverage outlets and make necessary adjustments
- Review administrative duties performed by beverage supervisors for accuracy and policy compliance
- Establish and enforce service standards for each food and beverage outlet
- Represent the Food and Beverage department in labor and employee-related hearings as needed
