Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years food and beverage supervisory experience
- Open availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Supervise food and beverage staff including servers bartenders and hosts hostesses
- Train and mentor team members ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures
- Participate in colleague coaching and counseling
- Maintain cleanliness organization and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in dining areas
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock
- Handle guest inquiries concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Schedule staff and manage labor costs effectively while maintaining service standards
