Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Prefer 1-2 years experience in an F&B related role
- Must have a good understanding of the English language and solid verbal and written communication skills
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Have or be willing to obtain any appropriate certificates/licenses to meet all compliance standards

Job Duties
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned F&B areas
- Work to understand the knowledge of state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving
- Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness
- Support the Manager, assist in ensuring staff has reported to work
- document any late or absent employees
- Coordinate breaks for assigned staff
- Inspect table/set-ups, check for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with guest's order and departmental standards
- Ensure that all orders are delivered within designated timelines
- Assist in taking guests' orders, following specified procedures, as necessary to ensure department standards
- Document pertinent information in the department logbook
- Complete all paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmental standards
- Review status of assignments and any follow-up action with the Manager and/or on-coming Supervisor
