Job Requirements

  • ability to maintain professionalism in all situations

Job Qualifications

  • basic supervisory skills including planning, organizing, directing, coaching, and training
  • knowledge of food and wine pairing
  • experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations preferred

Job Duties

  • supervising daily operations of the restaurant and related food and beverage services
  • ensuring exceptional guest experience and service quality
  • coaching, training, and mentoring food and beverage staff
  • managing inventory and supplies including ordering and minimizing waste
  • ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • assisting with cash handling, sales reconciliation, budgeting, and cost control
  • collaborating with kitchen staff, hotel management, and event teams for coordinated food service
  • completing daily logs, banquet checks, and operational reports as needed
