Job Requirements

  • high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of related experience
  • must have ServSafe Food Handler's Certificate and RAMP Alcohol Serving Certificate
  • must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • must have significant mobility of arms and hands
  • must be able to bend, squat, push, pull and lift up to 25-30 pounds
  • must be able to see, hear, and communicate verbally and in writing

Job Qualifications

  • must be a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of related experience
  • 2-3 years experience with computers and various computer programs
  • must have ServSafe Food Handler's Certificate and RAMP Alcohol Serving Certificate
  • must be a good listener, effective communicator and detail oriented
  • must have strong, positive guest and employee relation skills
  • individual must be literate with extensive verbal, mathematical and writing skills
  • must be able to meet deadlines, work with little supervision and be flexible to handle interruptions
  • must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • must be able to sit for long periods of time and have significant mobility of arms and hands

Job Duties

  • help run shifts in different restaurants
  • provide assistance to management staff and follow duties requested by management team
  • maintain service standards, training, scheduling, and guest relations
  • answer office phone greeting internal and external guests
  • check voicemails, emails and faxes and follow up accordingly
  • process mail for Food and Beverage Director and Managers
  • order and maintain office supplies
  • fax, copy and distribute documents as needed
  • compose and type correspondence for Food and Beverage Director as needed
  • process accounts payable invoices for different vendors
  • coordinate and sign up new Food and Beverage employees for ServeSafe certification
  • proactively gain knowledge and skills in technological and educational advances for continued development
