Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • at least one year experience in a bar or restaurant establishment
  • advanced oral and written communication skills
  • strong orientation to customer service
  • ability to work with other staff members in the facility
  • excellent organizational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ServSafe Allergen certificate
  • Alcohol Training certificate

Job Duties

  • Training of all suite attendants and barbacks
  • overall assistance helping all food and beverage areas including concessions and banquets
  • communicating with suite customers to ensure all needs have been met
  • prepare tasks for function rooms and arena bar settings and side work lists
  • maintaining all suite and bar equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
  • involved in all food and beverage monthly reporting and inventory as assigned
  • maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher
