Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- at least one year experience in a bar or restaurant establishment
- advanced oral and written communication skills
- strong orientation to customer service
- ability to work with other staff members in the facility
- excellent organizational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe Allergen certificate
- Alcohol Training certificate

Job Duties
- Training of all suite attendants and barbacks
- overall assistance helping all food and beverage areas including concessions and banquets
- communicating with suite customers to ensure all needs have been met
- prepare tasks for function rooms and arena bar settings and side work lists
- maintaining all suite and bar equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
- involved in all food and beverage monthly reporting and inventory as assigned
- maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher
