Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with no traffic violations in the last 3 years
  • Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Team player with a great attitude

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of food and beverage experience
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Upscale resort, hotel, or country club experience is a plus
  • Outgoing and professional demeanor
  • Strong work ethic
  • Passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Job Duties

  • Supervise the staff during lunch and dinner service in the restaurant to include the lounge, dining room, and patio
  • Maintain high visibility in dining room to receive members and guests and to ensure prompt, efficient and knowledgeable service
  • Assist the Clubhouse Manager with training and developing the dining staff through ongoing education
  • Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menu items to include cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Maintain a high-level dining experience with the mindset that we're a family serving family
  • Communicate and answer questions regarding restaurant and club events, mountain wide in a professional and courteous manner
  • Promote and maximize food and wine sales potential via team member suggestive selling
  • Provide ongoing updates and revisions of the member profile system
  • Responsible for flow management, concentrating on busy areas first
  • Other duties as assigned by management
