Job Duties
- assist operations at Antlers Lodge
- provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns
- collect guest feedback and ensure positive interactions
- monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- maintain high food quality and presentation standards
- ensure employees maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies
- support training and development of staff
